I'm leaving a 5 star because the technician, Brad, was helpful and polite. There was initially a misunderstanding, but Ali reached out, followed up, and fixed everything. I've used this service for approximately 5 years and would recommend to others.
I can't say enough good things about Air-Master Heating & Air Conditioning. Everything was prompt and easy for us, from my first conversation with Brooklyn to Andrew's short arrival window and text with his photo, his precise explanations, and paying for service! They will be my go-to from now on.
I can't say enough good things! I definitely recommend!! Great communication!!!I am honestly super impressed. I called at 10pm not expecting anyone to answer and not only did they answer they were very kind and informative! They got a technician out the next morning! They had extremely clear communication and sent a picture of who would be coming which I greatly appreciated as I was home alone and non trusting of people at my door. Brandon was our technician and he was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond. He explained what he was doing and things to look out for. I had clean filters and he even put them in for me and explained it to me so I could replace them on my own next time. I appreciate the kindness and I am truly thankful it was fixed so quickly!
I have had two different techs. Both took pride in there work. Talked about the going on problem and what is needed to fix. Glad i called. Now ready for winter months.

We found out we had a pretty descent water leak so I called Air Masters and I kid you not, they were at my house within 20 min of calling and had everything repaired within a couple hours saving us an even bigger water bill than we were already going to have. They are always professional and they know their stuff. They found the water leak within a minute of being in my crawlspace after I’d been crawling around under there for probably about an hour and only had an idea of the vicinity of it. Very affordable as well especially considering you get top notch service all the way from start to finish! Thank you Tyler, Britney and your awesome crew at Air masters for always making a stressful situation so much less stressful!! You all are simply the best around!!Editing to add: we had a gas leak yesterday evening and had to completely shut it down so I reached out to Tyler who had one of his techs here at 8:30 this morning. By 9:45 Brandon had our gas leak fixed and was on his way. Not only was he efficient but very knowledgeable, courteous and the service we received was very reasonably priced and didn’t break the bank! Once again these guys saved the day! I love that I can ALWAYS count on Air Masters especially when it’s urgent!! Thank you guys!!
On time, very polite and professional. I will use them again if needed. Just used them a second time a year+, later for a different issue. Five stars from me again.
Air Masters installed a new Daikin Fit in our home in late July/early August. They sent two kids to install the system, who ended up flooding our basement. The owner paid for the damage to the floor, which was great. However, after 2 days of colder weather, our house was not getting over 63 degrees. We have a new baby and a toddler, so we had to run heaters and start a fire to keep them warm. I called and they sent a technician to fix the issue. The 2 kids that installed the HVAC system did not set up AUX heat on the thermostat, so it wasn’t kicking in to heat our house to an appropriate temperature.The 2 technicians that were sent for the flooded basement and the AUX heat update(Tyler and Andrew) fixed both problems. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I give the 1 star review because we shouldn’t have had so many problems with a brand new system simply because of the incompetence of the technicians that were sent.
Technician Brandon McNeal came out to my place the same day that I called them. He took his time and found the problem with my furnace and got my heat working again. Brandon explained things very thoroughly and the service was priced well.100% would recommend.
Amazing service! Cold snap just hit and my furnace wanted to play hookie. Tech came out and did multiple checks and tests, and was able to isolate issues that I didn't catch originally on the furnace. Gave me reasonable quotes for parts and good recommendations for additional pipe work and fixes that I can do. If I ever need to hire a tech for HVAC work again, I'd choose this company in a heartbeat!

Amazingly knowledgeable installers and everything went as expected. I will never go to another company for my air and heating service from this point on. They were very interested in making sure that I got a system that met my needs and supported me in every aspect of the process along the way.
