PERFORMANCE TUNE-UP CHECKLIST:
AC/HEAT PUMP TUNE-UP IN THE SPRING & FURNACE/AIR-HANDLER IN THE FALL:
- Inspect Thermostat Settings and Operations
- Check All Electrical Connections and Measure amps to prevent unsafe operation and extend component life
- Clear and Inspect Drain Line to Avoid Water Damage
- Ensure Controls Are Functioning Correctly and Safely
- Check Filters and Replace if Necessary to Enhance System Efficiency [Customer Provided or Purchased From Air-Master]
*ADDITIONAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
INCLUDES:
- Condensation Drain Line Gel Tablets
- Evap-Fresh Coil Cleaner Once a Year
- Capacitor Replacement During Air-Conditioning Tune-up
- Replace Thermostat Batteries During Tune-Ups
COOLING SPECIFIC:
- Inspect Evaporator and Condenser Coils
- Check Refrigerant Levels for Optimal Efficiency
- Adjust Blower Components for Proper Airflow
- Clean Outdoor Coil and Unit to Improve System Efficiency
HEATING SPECIFIC:
- Wipe Down Heating Cabinet and Vacuum Out Debris/Dust
FOR GAS FURNACES:
- Inspect All Gas (Or Oil) Connections, Gas Pressure, Burner Combustion, and Heat Exchanger
- Clean Flame Sensor for Proper Operation
